We believe that purchases made through our web store are fun and hassle free. Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers. In order to accomplish this goal, orders are processed after payment is received and shipping is the next business day. However, if you have any questions prior to placing an order please feel free to contact us by phone, fax or e-mail.
PURCHASE WITH CONFIDENCE
If you have received an item that is not as described you can return it to us within 15 days for a full refund. We ask only that you return the item in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it. All returns must have a return authorization number (RAN).
PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Your item will be packaged with care and will be shipped in a 200 Lb. S.W. Kraft box. We recommend that all Canadian customers use Expedited Parcel. This option provides you with a tracking number, 2 to 5 days delivery service and $100.00 insurance. In the United States we recommend you use Xpresspost. This option gives you a tracking number, 4 to 6 days delivery service and $100.00 insurance. International, we suggest Xpresspost. This option gives you a tracking number, 5 to 7 days delivery service and $100.00 insurance. Note for International buyers this option has limited access to some countries. Therefore, International Air Parcel must be used where Xpresspost does not go. You can find these options in the Delivery Option window of your shopping cart. Extra Insurance can also be purchased for $1.00 / $100.00.
PAYMENTS
All payments are in US dollars. The following methods of payment are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Paypal and Cash (only if it is sent via registered letter). Note if you choose to use Paypal the fees are a minimum $4.00 or 5% of purchases over $80.00. We will email you a Paypal request for payment after your order has been received. Canadians may send payment in Canadian funds using the current Bank Exchange rate only. Note if you choose to use Visa or MasterCard charges will be in US dollars.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS
GST will be charged on all items. Saskatchewan residents will be charged GST & PST accordingly.
